Re: First purchases for Cyriss

http://privateerpressforums.com/showthread.php?218324-Convergence-Primer-Series-Getting-Started-Primer This should help. Re: Retailers for Warmahordes

Wargamestore, Firestorm Games, Element Games, the Outpost.

Normally I'd just check and see which has what in stock, and go with there. They're all roughly the same pricewise!

Re: Gauging interest - Warmachine / Hordes "slow grow"

I'm sure people will agree if I were to say 'the more the merrier'! We seem to have a nice mix of fresh faces, and old scrubbers playing new and interesting things. It should make for a solid learning experience all round. I presume it would be running whenever there are tables available, although c...

Re: Gauging interest - Warmachine / Hordes "slow grow"

What are the rules on theme forces? When would we be able to branch into them, particularly if the starter boxes are suitable for them.

Now I might be interested, depending on what you have. I'm really gagging for the classic metal mauler, as well as other bits. Any chance of a list of what you have?

Re: Gauging interest - Warmachine / Hordes "slow grow"

Me and Em are in! Troll alt box with janissa or stone, and Thornfall with honeypigs, or Maximus if he's out by then respectively.
Will there be any flexibility with casters/locks at all, or just in later weeks?

Huh... A lot of the scenarios only use a single zone... If only I happened to have a force of tough, medium based infantry with the potential to rocket up the field...

Re: Saturday 5th of October

I'll see about getting a list down for the knockout if you're taking them tomorrow. I'm also tempted to see how the durgster fares against all those juicy, low arm models in the swordsman spam list... Pretty wel I'd guess but definitely play it out! Are you thinking pre-Earthbreaker variant or post...
