First purchases for Cyriss

Postby Jamiehinds » Tue Jan 27, 2015 12:34 am

I'm planning to start Cyriss, but I'm not sure what to pick up, or more specifically, how many of them to pick up.

From what I've read, I'm linking Syntherion, so the Battle Box is the natural start, along with the book.

There are also a few units that seem quite good, like the Corollary.

Beyond that, I don't know whether I'd need lots of a particular model, or one of each of a lot of different model.

This should help.

Off the top of my head though, everyone loves the corrole...corral... corocoro... Cyriss Squire, and the Prime axiom is a beast. Other than that, I would recommend one of each of the heavy kits, and some magnets, and go to town making some multi-vectors.

I also know that Iron mother can do a thing with spammed servitors which is interesting, but I think it's a gimmick...

Hi,

I'm new to this forum and to Warmachine (and to the club!), and have recently bought a few Cygnar models. I'm hoping to come along to the club at some point this month to try out the game. Happy to take on your new Cyriss if you fancy a pop at a Warmachine newbie? I'm talking a 15 pt game here (as my entire collection is currently only 19 points!).

Tuesday 14th is looking best for me at the moment.

Cheers

Rob
